Burroughs Creek is one of those beautiful mountain streams NW of Dubois that eventually flows into a deep very rugged canyon befor emptying out into Horse Creek that flows through Dubois.

I've always thought it would really hard to choose living alongside an ocean or living up in the mountains amongst my beloved trees. Both have been (and still are, though damped down by life) my dream. In this piece, you've captured the very essence of my dream to live amongst the trees. What an amazing place for a settler back when the westward push was on. Stunning, Gary!
