I had a great time this evening doing a quick-draw at Ring Lake Ranch for their sharing time. followed by a great dinner and an auction of the painting to end the evening with 50% of the proceeds going to benefit the ranch.

It's great to hear you had a good time Gary. Dinner as well, what a bonus.

Great painting, great company, great dinner....what more could a man want.

Quick draw...now I'm from Texas and that can mean a couple of things! What a fun night!

That sounds like it was one great evening, Gary! I wish I could find or hear of these types of things going on in my neck of the woods!

Yeh. it was fun. A full hose for the ranch so got to meet many nw friends and older ones too. After dinner Vicki and I drove on up to the trailhead and watched the evening across the mountains. Except for mosquitos it was a real pleasant evening. I posted some of the pixs on my facebook page.
Sherry. Qyick-draws are usually associated with western and wildlife shows. Have never heard of them for other than that. Are pretty popular in this part of the country and I have to do another this weekend and another next weekend. Keeps one on their toes.
