My kind of road. Really was a beautiful morning and soon after returning home it was clouding up again and snow falling off and on all day. Gallery sitting was pleasant with a wood stove stoked up and sitting in my corner painting away. Only 4 people in all day and yet one couple from Arizona were kind enough to support a poor artist and bought 2 of my Giclees and 2 Paper Prints. WHOOPEE!

We have had a few perfect days in a row - blue skies, no humidity and gentle breeze - don't you hate us!!! Glad you made some gallery sales and hope for the best for your season.

Nice to hear about the sales today, Gary. The road shot looks like Feb. What is going on this Spring? :)

Love the photo, great shadows, we're still getting heavy frost some mornings weather a bit strange for the time of year. Sales yippee :)

That IS a quite gorgeous road, Gary. I love just riding and seeing such beauty. It is really everywhere we choose to see it, isn't it?

The photo is beautiful but I am glad that I am not there since I like it much warmer. Congrats on the sale and happy painting!

Ok. Posting snow in May should be off limits!

Congrats on the sale.

Hi Gary ! My kinda road too ! You know, I hope, how I love your posts and paintings, they are from another world. You are finally getting some winter, I see... be careful whatchya wish for 'cause it takes a while to get there and it comes at inopportune times ! Ha!
Thanks for looking in on my blog the other day. Keep painting !

Your whole experience of gallery sitting makes me wish I was there. Only it would be far safer for you all and a lot less messy if I had a laptop instead of a paintbrush! And what a beautifully snowy road ...

What a pretty postcard road. Makes me hanker for the country. Lovely to just soak it up, imagining the sounds, smells, and sensations of being there.
